Commission & Payments
Connect does not process online orders, so there is no commission — just the flat monthly fee. Commerce charges 10% commission on each successful online order, automatically deducted at checkout via Paystack split payments.
Orders paid in cash or on pickup do not incur a commission fee.
You can always see your gross revenue, commission paid, and net earnings in your analytics dashboard.
